Pond construction. In aquatic habitat management, one of our strengths is the construction of new ponds. Our initial consultation with a new client involves determining the needs and desired results for the project, the budget, and any limitations of the proposed lake or pond site. Following the first evaluation the client receives a detailed proposal that outlines the strategic plan of construction and the level of supervision required for the job. We work closely with only the most experienced and reliable contractors whom we have chosen for their outstanding abilities in meeting the technical requirements of professional pond construction.

Supervision of fieldwork is the most cost-effective and efficient way to complete the revamping or creation of new aquatic environments. Whether the goal is new pond construction or revamping, spawning ground creation, shoreline stabilization or river enhancement our expertise and experience coordinating large machine operators on many large projects has created a system of site supervision that is accurate, efficient and well planned.

Old Pond Revamping

Revamping an existing pond is often the best solution to stabilize an aquatic habitat in an advancing eutrophic state. A consultation will determine which strategy is best to bring back a pond to its optimal state. Depending on factors such as the ponds topography and shoreline conditions we may recommend proceeding with a draining and re-digging of the pond or other treatments which may include aeration systems or the application of beneficial bacteria or a combination of the two.

Every pond is different and there is no single cure that will work in every situation. Each pond will require it's own unique program of revitalization and our consultation process can determine the most cost effective course of action and recommend appropriate treatments to return your pond to a state of optimal health.
